Fool the tobacco companies - Quit on them!

Tired of coughing your guts out? Would you like to save absolute dollars every day? Does your house, car, and clothes, hair, and skin stink to the high heavens? Do your children cry out, "Please don't smoke anymore!" Have all your friends and co-workers quit, leaving you outside in the cold puffing away as though your last breath depended on it? Well your last breath does depend on it: quitting.

Do you want to know a freedom that only a tobacco addict can when you quit? You will, that's my promise to you. How can I make such a bold claim? Easy, I smoked for 44 years a pack a day, and I left the stupid things behind for good. Why? For all the above reasons.

In fact addiction has been my problem all along. Once I learned how to quit one harmful substance the others simply fell in place. But cigarettes, with their societal blessing were the toughest to quit. The initial process of cessation was a little tough, I must admit, though I just kept trying.

And how did I keep trying, well, through www.ThinkRightNow.com and the Habitrol patch, my replacement therapy, writing, and a bit of good old fashioned will power. Finally, I perservered, I just kept giving them up until it stuck.

All of this is chronicled in my very inexpensive ebook "Smoker's Saga: A Day by Day Log Concerning Smoking Cessation." (You can buy this ebook at http://www.lulu.com The important thing is that you make a decision to stop smoking now. I offer personal support in the form of email, and letters and phone calls should you decide to do that. I am an expert at quitting addictions, (my degree comes from the school of hard knocks) and truly want to see you beat the most deadly of all, smoking.
